Refund policy

CRIIICHI STORE takes every order with a serious attitude, and items will be reviewed repeatedly before the order is shipped to ensure that the product quality is good. 

Returns or Exchanges
Please be aware that we do not offer returns or exchanges for any products. All purchases are final. Once an order is confirmed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Replacement notice
We hope that you have a pleasant shopping experience, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon reporting damaged items, please include up to 4 detailed images of the product and the documentation that arrived with the order. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion. We do not accept or assume any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.

The following terms apply:
1.    Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be provided before product exchange is accepted.
2.    If the amount of the goods you request to exchange is lower than the amount of the goods you purchased (based on the latest amount), the difference will not be returned to the customer. If the amount of the product you are requesting to exchange is higher than the amount of the product you purchased (based on the latest amount), please email us first (info@criiichi.com). We will tell you how to handle the exchange procedure.
3.    All returns must be purchased from CRIIICHI STORE and must be brand new and unused (including original packaging and original hangtag).
4.    We do not accept slight appearance problems caused during transportation without affecting the quality of the product (including but not limited to wrinkling and scratching of the outer box/bottle/small accessory) as a return service.
5.    We do not accept products that exceed the specified number of days from the date of receipt or fail to provide a valid invoice for return service.
6.    We do not accept refunds.
7.    The customer can only exchange the returned goods once.
8.    Freight is not reimbursable.
9.    If the customer fails to meet the above replacement requirements, we can refuse to replace the customer.
