Shipping Methods

We provide multiple shipping options, such as standard and expedited delivery. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days after confirmation (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Delays may occur during peak periods like promotions or sales. Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and public holidays are not counted as working days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

Hong Kong Orders:
Shipped via SF Express, with delivery typically completed in 2–3 business days.
Free Local Delivery for Order over HKD500.
International Orders:
- Orders will be dispatched via FedEx/DHL/UPS/SF Express within 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout, before order confirmation. The shipping rate is according to the weight of your order.
- For countries and regions where SF Express is available, the shipping cost will be paid on delivery.

Shipping Costs

Fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Additional duties and taxes (if applicable) will be included in the final order total.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments (outside Hong Kong SAR) may incur customs fees, import taxes, or other charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer, who acts as the importer of record.
